I’ll need your room measurements, photos of your current space, and any inspiration photos that you may have. Your home blueprints are always best for the most accurate measurements, although you will likely still need to provide some additional measurements upon request.

If you aren’t able to provide your home blueprints, you will need to measure out your space by hand. All of my 3D models are built from scratch using exact measurements to ensure your project is accurate. I will send you an image that shows you how to measure your space properly.

If you absolutely cannot get all of your measurements, the design will be considered “conceptual” vs “realistic”. Hearthstone Interiors Ltd. is not at fault or liable for any inaccurate measurements provided.

Timelines vary by project scope, but most 3D room designs are completed within 1-2 weeks. Kitchens may take 2-3 weeks due to additional technical drawings.

Absolutely! Each package includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available for an added fee, depending on complexity.

Full Product Sourcing means you’ll be provided with clickable/hyperlinked shopping lists for all recommended furnishings, finishes and fixtures used in your design. You’ll receive a complete sourcing list with pricing, retailers and any additional notes.

That’s great! We can incorporate existing pieces into your new design. I will do my best to build out furniture to exact colours and measurements - to the best of my ability. Just let me know what you would like to keep and I’ll include it in your model!

All monitors and screens will show colour differently; therefore, all paint and fabric shades are merely suggestive in the renderings, despite the actual colour profiles being used in the model.

While I will always provide you with accurate colour codes, you will need to swatch everything in person, on your own walls & under your own natural/artificial lighting.

No matter the paint, undertones will always show differently on walls in every space due to outside environment + natural light cast shifts throughout the seasons. It’s always best to consult with a professional colour specialist when deciding on paint for your own home.

A 50% deposit is required for all projects.

You will be given a design based off of what we have discussed over the phone. You can make any changes necessary, even after the first round of revisions! I will always do my absolute best to go above and beyond to ensure we are on the same page with your plans.
